Rumah Bapak Margono dengan desain Modern Klasik Eropa
Salah satu klien yang menginginkan model desain eropa adalah Bapak Margono. Beliau mempunyai lahan yang luas di Boyolali. Namun dari sekian luas lahan yang dipunyai, beliau menghendaki luasan rumah berukuran 12 x 15 m2. Proses desain yang kami kerjakan.
Memiliki lahan seluas +/- 400 m2 membuat Bapak Margono berkeinginan untuk membangun rumah tinggal dua lantai yang terdiri dari beberapa ruangan seperti ruang tamu di sisi depan dan belakang, ruang keluarga di lantai satu dan lantai dua, ruang tidur, ruang tidur utama yang dilengkapi dengan kamar mandi dalam, ruang makan, dapur, kamar tamu, kamar mandi, serta teras.
Sesuai dengan keinginan Bapak Margono, style fasad rumah yang dipilih adalah Modern Klasik Eropa. Dengan ciri fisik seperti terdapat beberapa pilar besar di sisi depan dan samping, jendela-jendela dengan ukuran yang besar dan dilengkapi dengan aksen dan sentuhan ornamen klasik khas Rennaisance. Tak ketinggalan warna putih yang dominan pun dipilih untuk menunjang konsep style tersebut. Selain itu penggunaan batu alam dengan warna yang soft pada beberapa bagian menjadikan rumah ini terlihat mewah dan unsur klasik yang ditimbulkan lebih kuat.
Waktu yang diperlukan dalam proses desain rumah tinggal milik Bapak Margono ini terbilang cukup singkat yaitu kurang dari satu bulan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan minimnya revisi dari pihak klien, sehingga mempercepat proses gambar antara tahap satu dengan tahap lainnya.
Mr. Margono’s House with European Classic Modern Design
One on our clients, Mr. Margono wants to build a house with European model design. He has a large area in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. From all of the area that he has, he wants a building area measuring 12x15m2.
The process that we are working on having a land area approximately 400m2 that makes Mr. Margono want to build a house with two floors which consists of several rooms such as living room in the front side and back side, family rooms on the first and second floor, bedroom, master bedroom which is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, kitchen and dining room, guest room, bathroom/toilet, terrace.
According to the Mr. Margono’s request, the house facade style is European Classic Modern. With the characteristic, it has a large pillar that stands in front and side, arge windows accented with classic Renaissance touches. And the selected dominan white color to support the concept. On the other hand, the use of natural stones with soft color in some parts makes this house look luxurious with the classic elements and it creates to enhance the appereance of the buiding.
The time required to process the design Mr. Margono’s house was quiet short, approximately one and a half months. It is because the minimum of revision from the clients, so that the design process from step one to the next step is quick enough.
