Rumah Bu Ulfa dengan Konsep Modern Tropis
Desain kali ini permintaan dari klien kami yang bernama Ibu Ulfa yang berlokasi di Bandung, Jawa Barat. Dengan luas lahan 340 m2 dan luas bangunan 200m2. Proyek ini merupakan proyek renovasi yang tidak banyak mengubah bentuk ruang hanya saja ada beberapa penambahan ruang seperti ruang olahraga, pantry, mini bar, taman samping, ruang kerja dan mengubah posisi dapur serta ada penambahan ruang jemur di atas dapur. Rumah tinggal kali ini akan di desain dengan konsep modern tropis yang cocok dengan iklim di Indonesia.
Konsep modern tropis sendiri mempunyai ciri-ciri sebagai berikut, overstek atap yang cukup besar sehingga melindungi bagian rumah dari paparan sinar matahari dan tampias air hujan, overstek juga berfungsi sebagai penangkap hawa panas sehingga membuat ruangan terasa lebih sejuk. Adanya taman di dalam rumah, taman berfungsi sebagai tempat resapan air di area rumah. Walaupun ukuran taman tidak terlalu besar tapi akan membuat rumah mempunyai kesan yang segar dan asri. Sistem cross ventilasi atau ventilasi silang, penggunaan ventilasi silang berfungi untuk mengalirkan arah udara masuk dari satu bagian rumah dan mengalir ke bagian rumah lainnya.
Adanya ventilasi silang membuat suasana dalam ruangan tetap sejuk walapun tidak menggunakan AC. Pemilihan warna yang simpel dan bersih, warna sangat mempengaruhi tampilan suatu bangunan. Pada desain kali ini kami mengunakan warna kombinasi antara putih dan abu-abu muda yang di aplikasikan untuk eksteriornya, sehingga kesan modernnya bisa tersampaikan. Penggunaan jendela dengan jumlah banyak, jendela pada rumah berfungi untuk memaksaimalkan pencahaan alami dan sirkulasi udara di dalam ruangan, desain khas rumah modern tropis identik dengan banyak jendela dan dengan ukuran yang cukup besar.
Rumah ibu Ulfa mempunyai taman yang berada di depan dan di samping rumah sehingga apabila diberikan jendela di area tersebut akan menjadikan taman sebagai point of view. Permintaan tambahan dari ibu Ulfa yaitu penambahan ruang santai di atas dapur yang berada dibelakang, ruang santai tersebut di desain dengan konsep yang terbuka sehingga cahaya dan pengawaan di area ruang santai dapat dirasakan secara maksimal nantinya oleh owner.
Mrs. Ulfa’s House with Modern-Tropical Concept
This design was requested by our client, Mrs. Ulfa, who is located in Bandung, West Java. With a land area of 340 m2 and a building are
of 200 m2. This project is a renovation project that does not change the shape of the space much, only that there are several additional spaces such as a sports room, pantry, mini bar, side garden, work space and changing the position of the kitchen as well as adding a drying room above the kitchen. This time the house ill be designed with a tropical modern concept that fits the climate in Indonesia.
The modern tropical concept itself has the following characteristics, the roof oversteam is large enough to protect the house from exposure to sunlight and rainwater, the overstek also functions as a catcher for heat so that it makes the room feel cooler. The existence of a garden in the house, the garden serves as a place for water absorption in the area of the house. Although the size of the garden is not too big, it will make the house have a fresh and beautiful impression. Cross ventilation system or cross ventilation, the use of cross ventilation is used to channel air entering from one part of the house and flowing to another part of the house.
The existence of cross ventilation keeps the atmosphere in the room cool even if you don’t use air conditioning. The choice of colors is simple and clean, color greatly affects the appearance of a building. In this design, we use a color combination of white and light gray which is applied to the exterior, so that a modern impression can be conveyed. The use of a large number of windows, windows in the house function to maximize natural lighting and air circulation in the room, the typical design of a tropical modern house is identical with many windows and with a size large enough.
Ulfa’s mother’s house has a garden in front and beside the house so that if given a window in that area, it will make the garden a point of view. An additional request from Ulfa’s mother was the addition of a lounge room above the kitchen in the back, the lounge room was designed with an open concept so that light and surveillance in the lounge area can be felt optimally later by the owner.
