Memiliki luas lahan sekitar 190 m2 di area perumahan, Ibu Retno berencana untuk membangun sebuah hunian yang nantinya akan beliau tempati untuk menikmati hari tua bersama keluarga. sesuai dengan peraturan daerah setempat, dengan luasan lahan yang beliau miliki, maka area yang boeh dibangun sekitar 115 m2, sehingga dengan luasan tersebut kami optimalkan untuk memasukkan segala kebutuhan ruang yang sudah Ibu Retno sampaikan.

Rumah ini didesain sedemikian rupa agar terasa nyaman dan aman bagi seluruh anggota keluarga. Kenyamanan penghuni rumah merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam sebuah desain rumah tinggal. Rumah Ibu Retno ini memiliki ruangan yang cukup memadai meskipun hanya 1 lantai.

Area depan merupakan carport untuk 1 buah mobil serta terdapat teras yang berfungsi sebagai area penerima tamu sementara. Carport disiapkan untuk kapasitas 1 mobil, dengan atap carport dari rangka besi hollow serta material penutup atap berupa solar flat yang tranparan sehingga area tersebut tidak terasa gelap.

Terdapat ruang tamu dengan kapasitas untuk 4 sampai 5 orang, ruang tamu merupakan main entrance dalam rumah ini, ruang tamu didesain dengan menggunakan sekat partisi yang berfungsi pula sebagai rak agar ruangan tidak terkesan sempit. Ada pula ruang komunal yang nantinya difungsikan untuk berkumpul bersama keluarga. Terdapat 2 kamar tidur, yang di dalamnya dilengkapi dengan kamar mandi. Masing-masing kamar tidur kami desain mengarah ke taman agar sirkulasi udara dalam ruang tetap nyaman serta pencahayaan alami pun tetap bisa masuk ke dalam ruang sehingga dapat mengurangi penggunaan lampu pada siang hari.

Karena Ibu Retno memiliki hobi memasak sehingga beliau menginginkan ruangan dapur yang cukup luas. area dapur terletak di bagian belakang mengarah ke area cuci dan taman belakang. terdapat request khusus dari Ibu Retno mengenai penempatan tabung gas. Tabung gas diletakkan di sisi luar dari bangunan dengan alasan keamanan.

Sesuai dengan keinginan klien, desain fasad bangunan menggunakan style modern kontemporer dengan bentuk atap limasan. Dengan berbagai pertimbangan, bentuk atap limasan dinilai paling tepat untuk tipe rumah milik Ibu Retno ini. Atap limasan dipadukan dengan bentuk flat teras serta kanopi carport menjadikan rumah ini tampak modern.

Bagian dinding fasad menggunakan perpaduan antara batu alam Andesit, Susun Sirih serta cat warna netral seperti abu-abu, coklat muda serta putih. Warna-warna netral yang didapat dari material batu tempel dan cat menghasilkan paduan yang menarik. Untuk kusen pintu dan jendela menggunakan kayu jati dengan alasan ketahanan dan secara estetika nampak lebih mewah.

Untuk sistem pengamanan rumah, kami desainkan pagar depan dengan ketinggian 2 meter. Pagar dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu pada sisi kanan merupakan pagar dinding masife dengan aksen batu andesit yang dikombinasikan dengan rangka besi hollow, sedangkan untuk pagar sisi kiri merupakan pagar lipat dari material besi dan kayu solid sebagai akses masuk atau pun keluar penghuni rumah. Selain pagar depan, area taman samping, dilengkapi dengan tralis besi pada bagian atas taman. Taman belakang pun dilengkapi pula dengan atap tralis besi sebagai pengamannya karena terdapat bangunan sekolah di belakang rumah Ibu Retno ini.

Having a land area of around 190 m2 in a residential area, Ms. Retno plans to build a residence that she will occupy later to enjoy old age with family. in accordance with local regulations, with the area of land he has, the area that can be built is around 115 m2, so with that area we are optimizing to include all the space requirements that Mrs. Retno has said.

This house is designed so that it feels comfortable and safe for all family members. The comfort of residents is a very important factor in a residential design. Ibu Retno’s house has adequate rooms even though it is only 1 floor.

The front area is a carport for 1 car and there is a terrace that serves as a temporary reception area. Carport is prepared for the capacity of 1 car, with a carport roof made of hollow iron frame and roof covering material in the form of a flat flat prayer so that the area does not feel dark.

There is a guest room with a capacity for 4 to 5 people, the living room is the main entrance in this house, the living room is designed by using partition partition which also functions as a rack so that the room does not seem cramped. There is also a communal room which will be used to gather with family. There are 2 bedrooms, in which are equipped with bathrooms. Each of our bedrooms is designed towards the park so that air circulation in the room remains comfortable and natural lighting can still enter the room so that it can reduce the use of lights during the day.

Because Mrs. Retno has a hobby of cooking so she wants a spacious kitchen. the kitchen area is located at the back leading to the washing area and back garden. there was a special request from Ms. Retno regarding the placement of gas cylinders. Gas cylinders are placed on the outside of the building for safety reasons.

In accordance with the wishes of the client, the design of the building facade uses a contemporary modern style with a pyramid roof. With various considerations, the shape of the pyramid roof was considered the most appropriate for this type of house owned by Mrs. Retno. Limasan roof combined with a flat terrace shape and carport canopy make this house look modern.

The facade walls use a combination of Andesite natural stone, Stacking natural stone, Stacking Betel and neutral colors such as gray, light brown and white. The neutral colors obtained from sticky stone and paint material produce interesting alloys. For door and window frames using teak for reasons of durability and aesthetics look more luxurious.

For home security systems, we design a front fence with a height of 2 meters. The fence is divided into 2, namely on the right side is a masive wall fence with andesite stone accents combined with a hollow iron frame, while for the left side fence is a folding fence of iron and solid wood material as access to or leaving the occupants of the house. In addition to the front fence, the side garden area, equipped with an iron trellis at the top of the park. The back garden is also equipped with an iron trellis roof as a safety because there is a school building behind Mrs. Retno’s house.
