Rumah Tinggal Bapa Taufik
dengan Konsep Industrial
Tim ArsiGriya kali ini berkesempatan untuk mendesain rumah milik developer/pengembang yang bernama Bapak Taufik, berlokasi di Kalasan, Sleman. Lokasi lahan ini merupakan area perumahan dengan luas lahan 90 m2. Desain rumah ini mengadopsi konsep semi industrialis dan sedikit minimalis. Klien kami menghendaki rumah ini menjadi rumah tumbuh secara horizontal sehingga di waktu yang akan datang dapat memungkinkan bertambahnya area ruangan pada rumah ini. Selain itu untuk penataan ruang, ukuran, dan penempatan bukaan dari bangunan kali ini sudah disiapkan oleh klien sendiri sehingga dari tim ArsiGriya hanya mendesain bentuk bangunan seperti fasad, secondary skin, dan landscape/tapak dari denah yang sudah ada.
Rumah ini hanya 1 (satu) lantai tipe 40 yang terdiri dari beberapa ruangan seperti, 2 (dua) kamar tidur, kamar mandi/WC, dan open plan antara dapur, ruang makan, ruang keluarga, dan ruang tamu sehingga area tersebut menjadi satu kesatuan supaya tidak terlalu banyak sekat di dalam rumah. Terdapat area taman yang terbuka di area belakang rumah. Selain itu rumah ini juga menyediakan carport untuk 1 kendaraan roda empat di bagian depan samping halaman rumah. Area yang akan dijadikan rumah tumbuh nantinya yakni berada di bagian depan yang saat ini didesain menjadi taman/halaman rumah.
Ciri khas dari konsep semi industrialis ini yakni dengan menerapkan desain bata tempel pada fasad depan rumah lalu minimalis fasad dengan adanya tali air pada dinding rumah bagian depan dan tali air pada pavement carport. Selain sebagai estetika, tali air ini berfungsi sebagai media aliran air hujan lalu tali air pada carport juga berfungsi untuk mengalirkan air ketika akan mencuci kendaraan di area tersebut. Bagian carport menggunakan material semen expose yang juga sebagai penerapan konsep industrialis.
Pada desain landscape/taman bagian depan didesain berbentuk miring supaya tidak terlalu monoton. Pada sisi miringan taman diberi lampu pilar minimalis. Untuk bagian atas pagar terdapat pula tanaman-tanaman yang disinari dengan lampu LED. Atap rumah menggunakan jenis pelana dengan penutup plat beton yang mengarah ke bagian depan dan belakang rumah sehingga aliran air hujan nantinya tidak akan jatuh di area tetangga sekitarnya melainkan akan mengalir di area rumah itu sendiri.

Semi Industrial Concept
This time, the Arsigriya team had the opportunity to design a house owned by a developer named Mr. Taufik, located in Kalasan, Sleman. The location of this land is a residential area with a land area of 90 m2. The design of this house adopts a semi-industrialist and slightly minimalist concept. Our client wants this house to grow horizontally so that in the future it is possible to increase the area of the room in this house. Apart from that, the spatial arrangement, size and placement of openings for the building this time had been prepared by the client himself so that the ArsiGriya team only designed the shape of the building such as the facade, secondary skin and landscape/site from the existing plan.
This house has only 1 (one) floor type 40 which consists of several rooms such as 2 (two) bedrooms, bathroom/WC, and an open plan between the kitchen, dining room, family room and living room so that the area becomes a single unit. so that there are not too many partitions in the house. There is an open garden area in the back of the house. In addition, this house also provides a carport for 1 four-wheeled vehicle on the front side of the yard. The area that will be used as a growing house later is on the front which is currently designed to be a garden/home page.
The hallmark of this semi-industrial concept is applying a brick paste design to the front facade of the house and then a minimalist facade with water ropes on the front wall of the house and water ropes on the pavement carport. Apart from being aesthetic, this water rope functions as a media for rainwater flow, then the water rope in the carport also functions to drain water when washing vehicles in that area. The carport section uses exposed cement material which is also the application of the industrialist concept.
In the landscape/garden design, the front is designed to be slanted so that it is not too monotonous. On the slanted side of the park, there are minimalist pillar lights. At the top of the fence there are also plants that are illuminated with LED lights. The roof of the house uses a type of saddle with a concrete plate covering that leads to the front and back of the house so that the rainwater will not fall on the neighboring areas but will flow into the area of the house itself.
