Car Wash dan Resto Milik Bapak Hakim

Pada kesempatan kali ini Tim ArsiGriya Arsitek mendapat project car wash atau pencucian mobil yang berlokasi di Pekanbaru dari klien bernama Bapak Hakim. Kondisi eksisting saat proses desain berlangsung, lokasi masih terdapat bangunan rumah dan car wash yang akan direnovasi. Bangunan ini terdiri dari 2 fungsi yakni lantai 1 sebagai area pencucian mobil dan area resto yang berada di lantai 2 dengan akses jalan kendaraan selebar 3 meter yang mengarah ke dalam rumah pemilik. Total luas bangunan yakni 380 m2. Car Wash ini mengusung konsep industrialis sehingga bentuk fasad bangunan dibuat dengan material aci expose (unfinished) yang mendominasi.
Pada bagain depan terdapat dinding aci expose yang dimainkan dengan garis tali air selain sebagai estetika supaya tidak monoton, juga sebagaiwadah aliran air hujan yang jatuh pada dinding. Penerapan roster GRC pada tampak depan di bagian resto maupun area pengeringan mobil motor dan sedikit aksen kayu pada jendela dan railing supaya warna pada fasad bangunan tidak monoton hitam dan putih saja. Pada bagian lantai 1 pengeringan mobil dan motor terdapat tembok pembatas yang dikombinasikan antara roster dan rak kayu yang berisikan tanaman.
Atap pada bangunan ini menggunakan flat beton dengan kemiringan 5 derajat sehingga nyaris terlihat rata seperti tidak ber atap jika dilihat dari depan. Sedangkan untuk area pengeringan mobil motor menggunakan kanopi solar flat dan area pencucian mobil menggunakan galvalum hitam.
Mr. Hakim’s Car Wash and Resto

On this occasion, the ArsiGriya Architect Team received a car wash project located in Pekanbaru from a client named Mr. Hakim. The existing condition during the design process, the location still has houses and a car wash that will be renovated. This building consists of 2 functions, namely the 1st floor as a car wash area and a restaurant area which is on the 2nd floor with a 3 meter wide vehicle access road that leads to the owner’s house. The total building area is 380 m2. This Car Wash carries an industrialist concept so that the shape of the building facade is made with exposed (unfinished) aci material which dominates.
On the front there is an exposed aci wall which is played with a water rope line apart from being aesthetic so it is not monotonous, it is also a container for the flow of rainwater that falls on the wall. The application of the GRC roster on the facade of the restaurant and the area for drying motorbikes and a few wooden accents on the windows and railings so that the colors on the facade of the building are not just black and white. On the 1st floor of the car and motorcycle drying section, there is a parapet which is a combination of the rooster and wooden racks filled with plants.
The roof of this building uses flat concrete with a slope of 5 degrees so that it almost looks flat as if it has no roof when viewed from the front. As for the motor car drying area using a solar flat canopy and the car washing area using black galvalum.
Pada area pencucian mobil motor didesain dapat menampung 4 mobil dan 2 motor dengan system hidrolik, lalu pada area pengeringan didesain dapat menampung 3 mobil atau 2 mobil dan 2 motor. Sedangkan bangunan restonya sendiri memiliki beberapa fungsi ruang di dalamnya. Untuk lantai 1 terdapat gudang untuk menyimpan peralatan maintenance/perawatan car wash, lalu terdapat ruang istirahat pegawai, ruang kasir sekaligus ruang tunggu indoor, ruang tunggu outdoor, dan 1 kamar mandi umum.
In the motorized car wash area it is designed to accommodate 4 cars and 2 motorbikes with a hydraulic system, then in the drying area it is designed to accommodate 3 cars or 2 cars and 2 motorbikes. While the restaurant building itself has several function spaces in it. On the 1st floor there is a warehouse for storing car wash maintenance equipment, then there is an employee break room, cashier room as well as an indoor waiting room, outdoor waiting room and 1 public bathroom.
Untuk lantai 2 terdapat dapur, gudang, kamar mandi, dan food stall beserta meja kursi bagi pengunjung yang didesain sehingga dapat menampung kurang lebih 35 – 40 orang di dalamnya. Klien menghendaki untuk area resto memiliki akses view yang baik dan optimal sehingga kami desain dengan bukaan jendela panjajng yang mengarah ke luar, selain itu didesain pula roster dan jendela hidup jika diperlukan dapat dibuka untuk penghawaan alami pada bangunan. Baja IWF yang menjadi frame pada bangunan selain menjadi estetika juga sebagai topi-topi supaya dapat menyaring cahaya matahari yang masuk dan meminimalisir masuknya air hujan. Selain itu di bagian atas frame baja IWF diberikan batu koral hitam supaya air hujan yang jatuh nantinya tidak langsung mengotori dinding melainkan langsung meresap ke dalam batu tersebut.
For the 2nd floor there is a kitchen, warehouse, bathroom and food stall along with a table and chairs for visitors which are designed so that they can accommodate approximately 35-40 people in it. The client wants the restaurant area to have access to a good and optimal view so we design it with long window openings that lead outside, besides that a roster is also designed and living windows can be opened if necessary for natural ventilation of the building. The IWF steel that forms the frame of the building, aside from being aesthetic, also acts as a hat so it can filter incoming sunlight and minimize rainwater ingress. In addition, at the top of the IWF steel frame, black coral is given so that the rainwater that falls will not directly contaminate the walls but will seep directly into the stone.
