Villa 2 Lantai dengan Konsep Mezzanine

Kali ini Tim ArsiGriya Arsitek berkesempatan untuk mendesain villa yang berada di dekat pantai di daerah Belitung dari klien bernama Bapak Rudy. Bangunan ini memiliki jumlah 2 (dua) lantai dengan luasan total 169 m2. Villa didesain dengan konsep mezzanine sehingga terdapat void yang cukup besar di dalamnya. Void merupakan ruang kosong di dalam bangunan yang menerus dari lantai bawah ke lantai atas tanpa adanya penghalang. Fungsi dari void ini sendiri yakni bentuk strategi di dalam rumah untuk menangkap lebih banyak cahaya matahari yang masuk ke dalam hunian, memberikan akses sirkulasi udara yang lebih baik pada hunian, selain itu juga memberikan efek visual lebihluas dan lapang. Bagian dalam villa dibuat minim
sekat sehingga pengguna didalam ruangan dapat melihat view ke luar secara langsung.
Fungsi ruang pada lantai 1 (satu) yakni teras, area foyer, ruang keluarga, ruang makan, dapur, kamar mandi, kolam renang, dan area santai. Untuk lantai 2 (dua) yakni hanya ruang tidur yang berjumlah 2 (dua) kamar beserta kamar mandi di tengahnya. Pengguna dapat melihat secara langsung ke lantai 1 (satu) dari lantai 2 (dua) sehingga terlihat sangat lapang.
Di halaman belakang terdapat kolam renang ukuran 2.9m x 9,8m dan area santai, di sampingnya terdapat kamar mandi yang dapat di akses dari kolam renang dan dalam villa guna mempermudah akses dari keduanya. Pada lantai 1 (satu) terbagi 2 simetris antara ruang keluarga dan ruang makan yang keduanya saling berhadapan. Kedua ruang tersebut memiliki akses view langsung kearah pantai dan kolam renang dikarenakan pintu dibuat pintu lipat kaca. Tangga didesain secara expose sehingga terlihat ringan dan tidak terlalu masif. Bagian kamar tidur dibuat sangat lapang dengan ukuran 5m x 4m dengan skylight di atasnya, selain itu juga terdapat pintu geser kaca mengarah ke arah luar dan balkon di depan kamar yang dapat langsung melihat view pantai dari kamar.

Villa 2 Storey with Mezzanine Concept

This time the ArsiGriya Architects Team had the opportunity to design a villa near the beach in the Jakarta area from a client named Mr. Rudy. This building has a total of 2 (two) floors with a total area of 169 m2. The villa is designed with a mezzanine concept so that there is a large enough void in it. Void is an empty space in a building that continues from the ground floor to the top floor without any obstructions. The function of the void itself is a form of strategy in the house to capture more sunlight entering the dwelling, provide access to better air circulation in the dwelling, besides that it also provides a wider and more spacious visual effect. The interior of the villa is minimally partitioned so that users in the room can see the outside view directly.
The function of the space on the 1st (one) floor is the terrace, foyer area, family room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and relaxing area. For the 2nd (second) floor, there are only 2 (two) bedrooms and a bathroom in the middle. Users can see directly to the 1st (one) floor from the 2nd (second) floor so that it looks very spacious.
In the backyard there is a swimming pool measuring 2.9m x 9.8m and a relaxing area, beside it there is a bathroom that can be accessed from the pool and inside the villa to make access easier from both. On the 1st (one) floor, it is divided symmetrically between the living room and dining room, both of which face each other. The two rooms have direct view access to the beach and swimming pool because the doors are made of glass folding doors. The stairs are designed in an exposed manner so that they look light and not too massive. The bedroom section is made very spacious with a size of 5m x 4m with skylights above it, besides that there is also a glass sliding door that leads outside and a balcony in front of the room that can directly see the beach view from the room.
