Rumah Tinggal Kontemporer Bapak Dimas – Maguwoharjo, Yogyakarta
Pada kesempatan kali ini tim Arsigriya Arsitek mendapatkan project desain rumah tinggal 2 lantai yang berlokasi di Maguwoharjo, Sleman, dengan luas site 137,5m2. Konsep yang diusung pada desain rumah tinggal ini yaitu modern kontemporer. Desain rumah kontemporer adalah gaya arsitektur yang berfokus pada kesederhanaan, fungsionalitas, dan keindahan. Ini menggabungkan elemen-elemen modern, seperti bahan bangunan inovatif dan teknologi canggih, untuk menciptakan rumah yang memadukan estetika dan utilitas.Konsep tersebut diterapkan pada tampilan bangunan melalui pemilihan tone warna netral (abu-abu dan putih) pada dinding, pemilihan material, bukaan yang lebar, serta aksen elemen garis dari permainan tali air yang mendominasi pada fasad.
Terdapat beberapa ruang yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan serta permintaan klien dimana pada lantai 1 bangunan terdapat ruang-ruang seperti carport dengan kapasitas 2 mobil dan 2 motor, teras depan dengan tempat duduk, ruang tamu, kamar tidur, kamar mandi, teras belakang, ruang laundry, gudang, dan taman. Sedangkan pada lantai 2, terdapat beberapa ruang seperti ruang keluarga, kamar tidur, kamar mandi, ruang kerja, dan kamar tidur utama yang dilengkapi dengan walk in closet serta kamar mandi dalam.
Konsep modern dihadirkan dalam bangunan melalui penggunaan bentuk yang ‘clean’ seperti pada fasad yang menonjolkan bentuk segi empat di area kamar tidur utama serta bentuk atap sederhana yang hanya miring satu sisi ke bagian belakang sekitar 5˚. Selain bentuk, pemilihan material yang digunakan juga mendukung konsep modern. Penggunaan material kaca pada bukaan (jendela) dengan kusen aluminium dan atap pada area carport dengan rangka hollow menjadi aksen kuat dalam menonjolkan konsep modern. Perpaduan finishing cat abu-abu tua, acian finishing coating warna abu-abu muda, roster, serta granit dinding motif batu menambah sentuhan modern pada bangunan.
Konsep kontemporer ditampilkan melalui permainan tali air yang membentuk garis-garis yang menarik pada tampilan bangunan. Konsep open plan juga diterapkan pada layout ruang, dimana pada interior rumah tinggal minim adanya sekat antar ruang. Pada lantai 1 ruang tamu, kitchen, dan ruang makan terkoneksi satu sama lain dengan view ke taman belakang sehingga menciptakan kesan ‘lega’. Dalam merespon pencahayaan alami, bukaan diletakkan pada sisi depan (fasad) bangunan yang menghadap kea rah Utara sehingga pencahayaan yang didapatkan tidak terlalu berlebihan dan area di dalam ruang menjadi terang dan nyaman. Mr. Dimas’s Contemporary Residential House, Maguwoharjo – Yogyakarta
On this occasion, the Arsigriya Architects team received a 2-story residential house design project located in Maguwoharjo, Sleman, with a site area of 137.5m2. The concept promoted in the design of this residence is modern contemporary. Contemporary home design is an architectural style that focuses on simplicity, functionality, and beauty. It combines modern elements, such as innovative building materials and advanced technology, to create a house that combines aesthetics and utility. This concept is applied to the appearance of the building through the choice of neutral color tones (gray and white) on the walls, the choice of materials, the openings wide, as well as accent line elements from the play of water ropes that dominate the facade.
There are several spaces adapted to the needs and requests of clients where on the 1st floor of the building there are spaces such as a carport with a capacity of 2 cars and 2 motorbikes, front terrace with seating, living room, bedroom, bathroom, back terrace, laundry room, warehouse, and garden. Meanwhile, on the 2nd floor, there are several rooms such as the family room, bedroom, bathroom, work room and main bedroom which is equipped with a walk-in closet and private bathroom.
A modern concept is presented in the building through the use of ‘clean’ shapes, such as the facade which features a rectangular shape in the main bedroom area and a simple roof shape that only slopes on one side to the rear of around 5˚. Apart from the shape, the choice of materials used also supports the modern concept. The use of glass material in the openings (windows) with aluminum frames and the roof in the carport area with a hollow frame is a strong accent in highlighting the modern concept. The combination of dark gray paint finish, light gray finishing coating, roster, and granite wall motifs add a modern touch to the building.
The contemporary concept is displayed through the play of water ropes which form attractive lines on the appearance of the building. The open plan concept is also applied to room layouts, where in the interior of the house there are minimal partitions between rooms. On the 1st floor, the living room, kitchen and dining room are connected to each other with a view of the back garden, creating a ‘relaxing’ impression. In response to natural lighting, openings are placed on the front side (facade) of the building facing north so that the lighting obtained is not too excessive and the indoor area is bright and comfortable.
